Dino Mambelli was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1993. After doing an internship with the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office, Mr. Mambelli went into private practice where he has been successful representing clients in both Criminal and Civil matters. He has extensive court room experience, and has argued cases in Superior and Administrative Law courts.

In Civil matters, Mr. Mambelli has successfully resolved thousands of civil disputes through settlement or trial, generating several millions of dollars in settlements for clients. He has published articles with a nationwide distribution on various topics including litigation, tort reform, New Jersey's Verbal Threshold Law, dispute resolution, and responsibilities of attorneys when representing clients on Medicaid or Medicare. He was an Associate Editor for National Trial Lawyer Magazine and Publications, and has conducted seminars on numerous legal topics.

In Criminal matters, Mr. Mambelli regularly appears in Superior Courts and Municipal Courts. He represents clients for all types of criminal matters ranging from municipal traffic offenses to more complex DWI cases, drug offenses, theft, and violent crimes. In addition to representing clients in court, Mr. Mambelli also helps clients improve their record afterwards. He does expungements to remove past offenses from clients records, and he appears at Motor Vehicle Commission Hearings to help clients deal with prior motor vehicle points and license suspensions.
